I didn't sleep at all last night.
昨夜は一睡もできなかった。
My mind was too full of thoughts.
頭の中が考え事でいっぱいだった。
I got up and walked to the window.
起き上がって窓際に行った。
The sky was starting to turn light.
空が白み始めていた。
I decided to go outside and see the sunrise.
外に出て日の出を見ようと思った。
The air was cool and fresh on my skin.
空気がひんやりして気持ちよかった。
I sat on a bench and watched the colors change.
ベンチに座って色が変わっていくのを見た。
First a soft pink, then orange, then gold.
最初は淡いピンク、次にオレンジ、それから金色。
I felt my tired body relax a little.
疲れた体が少しほぐれるのを感じた。
The night was long, but the morning came anyway.
長い夜だったけど、朝はちゃんと来た。
Maybe some things just need time to pass.
たぶん、過ぎるのを待つしかないこともある。
I am tired, but I am also here.
疲れているけど、ここにいる。
