I called a client yesterday.
मैंने कल एक ग्राहक को फोन किया।
We had fixed their system.
हमने उनका सिस्टम ठीक कर दिया था।
I wanted to check if it worked.
मैं देखना चाहता था कि वह काम कर रहा है या नहीं।
I said, 'Just checking everything is working now.'
मैंने कहा, 'बस यह देख रहा हूँ कि सब कुछ ठीक है या नहीं।'
The client sounded relieved.
ग्राहक राहत महसूस कर रहा था।
They said yes, everything was fine.
उन्होंने हाँ कहा, सब ठीक था।
Then I asked, 'Anything else on your mind?'
फिर मैंने पूछा, 'और कुछ है आपके मन में?'
They mentioned a small concern.
उन्होंने एक छोटी चिंता बताई।
I listened and promised to help.
मैंने सुना और मदद का वादा किया।
I also said, 'Thanks for your patience.'
मैंने यह भी कहा, 'आपके धैर्य के लिए धन्यवाद।'
That small check made them feel cared for.
उस छोटी सी जाँच ने उन्हें देखभाल महसूस कराई।
