I had a parent meeting last week.

I said, 'I see great potential in him.'

Then I added, 'At home, it might help to...'

I suggested a short routine before homework.

The parent listened quietly.
अभिभावक ने चुपचाप सुना।
Then she said, 'We are on the same team here.'

I felt a wave of relief.

We made a plan together.

Honesty with kindness works.
