I walked by the water today.
Hoy caminé junto al agua.
The sun was going down.
El sol se estaba poniendo.
The water looked dark and shiny.
El agua se veía oscura y brillante.
I stopped and watched the light.
Me detuve y miré la luz.
Everything felt slow and soft.
Todo se sentía lento y suave.
I thought about my week.
Pensé en mi semana.
Some days were hard.
Algunos días fueron difíciles.
But here, I felt okay.
Pero aquí, me sentí bien.
I did not need to rush.
No necesitaba apurarme.
The water did not rush either.
El agua tampoco se apuraba.
I took a deep breath.
Respiré hondo.
Then I walked home slowly.
Luego caminé a casa despacio.
