I thought it was minor.
私は軽微だと思った。
From the user side it feels small.
ユーザー側から見ると小さく感じる。
But from their side it blocked a key task.
でも同僚側では主要な作業を妨げていた。
I asked: 'Help me see your view.'
私は尋ねた：「あなたの見方を教えて。」
They explained the user workflow.
同僚はユーザーの作業の流れを説明した。
Then I saw their point.
それで彼らの主張が理解できた。
But it was not a system crash.
でもシステムが落ちるわけではなかった。
I suggested: 'Shall we call it a middle priority?'
私は提案した：「中程度の優先度にしませんか？」
They agreed that felt fair.
同僚はそれが妥当だと同意した。
We both gave a little.
お互いに少しずつ譲った。
That kept the team moving forward.
