A client told me our price was too high.

I felt my face get warm.

But I took a breath and stayed calm.

I said, 'I completely understand your concern.'

Then I asked, 'Can I ask what you are comparing it to?'

They mentioned a cheaper competitor.

I listened and nodded.

I explained our extra support and quality.
