Two teammates disagreed about the deadline.
İki takım arkadaşım teslim tarihi konusunda anlaşamadı.
One wanted to ship early.
Biri erken göndermek istedi.
The other wanted more time.
Diğeri daha fazla zaman istedi.
I listened to both sides carefully.
Her iki tarafı da dikkatle dinledim.
I said, "I hear both sides."
Dedim ki, "Her iki tarafı da duyuyorum."
Then I asked, "What if we tried a middle date?"
Sonra sordum, "Orta bir tarih denesek nasıl olur?"
We looked at the calendar together.
Birlikte takvime baktık.
They both agreed to try a new date.

I checked, "Can we both live with that?"

They nodded and smiled.
