A customer saw a wrong charge.
May nakita ang customer na maling singil.
She said it was too high.
Sabi niya sobra raw ang bayad.
I said, "let me take a look at that for you."
Sabi ko, "tingnan ko po iyan para sa inyo."
I checked the system.
Sinuri ko ang sistema.
I saw an extra item added by mistake.
Nakita kong may dagdag na item na mali.
I told her, "you are right, that is a mistake."
Sinabi ko sa kanya, "tama po kayo, iyan ay pagkakamali."
I removed it quickly.
Mabilis ko itong inalis.
Then I said, "I have fixed it — sorry about that."
Tapos sinabi ko, "naayos ko na po — pasensya na."
She smiled and thanked me.
Ngumiti siya at nagpasalamat.
I felt quietly proud.
Nakaramdam ako ng tahimik na pagmamalaki.
It was a small fix.
Maliit lang ang inayos ko.
But I made her day better.
Pero napaganda ko ang araw niya.
