A new patient seemed quite anxious today.
आज एक नए मरीज काफी चिंतित लग रहे थे।
I noticed her tense shoulders before starting.
शुरू करने से पहले मैंने उनके कंधे कड़े देखे।
So I paused and made eye contact.
इसलिए मैं रुका और उनसे नज़रें मिलाईं।
I told her it is normal to feel nervous.
मैंने उनसे कहा कि घबराना सामान्य बात है।
Then I said, "I will talk you through every step."
फिर मैंने कहा, "मैं आपको हर कदम बताऊंगा।"
Her face softened a little after that.

I explained what we would do next.

I often asked, "Tell me if anything feels wrong."

She nodded and seemed more at ease.

It felt good to help her relax.
