I sat on my bed last night.
Anoche me senté en mi cama.
My hands felt cold and heavy.
Mis manos estaban frías y pesadas.
I wanted to write again.
Quería escribir de nuevo.
But my stomach was tight.
Pero tenía el estómago apretado.
That small fear came back.
Ese pequeño miedo volvió.
It said: what if I fail again?
Decía: ¿y si fallo otra vez?
I put my notebook on my lap.
Puse mi cuaderno en el regazo.
I opened it to a blank page.
Lo abrí en una página en blanco.
My hand was shaking a little.
Mi mano temblaba un poco.
Then I wrote just one word.
Entonces escribí solo una palabra.
That step was enough for now.
Ese paso fue suficiente por ahora.
The fear did not go away.
